Fujitsu has always churned out quality computers, and their notebooks in particular have been good servants to their masters over the years. Well, it is that time of the year again, where hardware needs to be refreshed, and this is exactly what Fujitsu has done with their Lifebook clamshell, 2-in-1, Ultrabook notebook models alongside the Stylistic tablet, ensuring that the latest fifth generation Intel vPro Core processor family would purr underneath the hood.
Interestingly enough, all of the seven
different notebooks will now make use of a standard port replicator,
resulting in a guaranteed remedy to the common headache of docking
compatibility. These new Fujitsu notebooks will boast of improved
battery runtimes and deliver higher performance. Other must-have
enterprise requirements which have been thrown into the mix included the
likes of Trusted Platform Module and SmartCard readers.
Let us take a closer look at the new models that will make up the Fujitsu Lifebook
and Stylistic range. First of all, there is the Fujitsu Tablet Lifebook
S935, which is a 13.3”, 2-in-1 device that merges the flexibility of a
tablet alongside with power, long battery runtime and super-thin design
of an Ultrabook
As for the Fujitsu Tablet Lifebook T725, this will be a smaller,
12.5”, 2-in-1 device which will be able to fit the new docking station,
and it has been designed to enable users to optimize their productivity
via its modular bay concept, so that the optical drive can be replaced
with a second battery, a second hard drive or a weight-saving blank –
your choice.
The Fujitsu Notebook Lifebook U745 is a 14” slim and light Ultrabook
that delivers both optimum mobility and full connectivity, all the while
sporting an additional security layer with PalmVein Sensor technology
and compatibility with the new docking station. Last but not least,
there is this hybrid 2-in-1 device, the Fujitsu Tablet Stylistic Q775.
This 13.3” device offers the perfect balance of the mobility of a tablet
and the productivity of a notebook when paired with the keyboard
docking station. As for pricing and availability, they will depend on
the hardware specifications and region released.
